Base pay range 150,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr Direct message the job poster from Edison Smart Principal Consultant - Smart Health / Wearables / Bio-tech Senior Embedded Systems Engineer – Wearable Biosensing Devices A pioneering biotech startup is seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to help bring a next-gen wearable health monitoring device to life. You will be designing firmware & electronics hardware for a novel device with industry leading potential. Key Responsibilities : Lead embedded SW development for a low-power wearable platform Design and prototype microcontroller-based systems (ARM Cortex, Nordic, STM32) Enable seamless sensor integration & data acquisition Debug and tune embedded hardware for accuracy & reliability Create technical documentation and test protocols Key Skills / Experience : Strong command of C / C++ (firmware)Python (validation / data analysis)Wireless technologies (BLE, Wi-Fi etc.)Hands-on with lab tools : oscilloscopes, debuggers, test benchesAbility to work in agile, fast-moving environmentsExperience with either Wearables / Biosensing / Medical device design
