Position Overview:
Join our award-winning team, dedicated to stress-free remodeling for clients and design partners. With over 20 years in high-end whole-home remodels and additions, we also handle smaller projects to build lasting relationships.

Compensation
$150k- 170K annual salary, with performance-based future compensation Benefits: healthcare (75% employer-paid), paid vacation, sick leave, 401k with 4% match, profit sharing, company vehicle, fuel card, toll pass, laptop, and flexible PTO.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple high-end residential remodels in San Francisco and southern Marin County Utilize JobTread for project specifications, change orders, schedules, and budgets Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Oversee the construction process from pre-development to post-construction Assist with budgeting, document compilation, and reporting Identify and issue Change Orders Resolve production problems and inefficiencies Support production staff and ensure timely material orders Verify subcontractor documentation
Expectations
Confident, humble, eager, empathetic, and innovative Forward-thinking and accountable with excellent communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable working onsite and in our San Francisco office Able to stand or walk for extended periods
Qualifications
Experienced in the management of high-end residential remodeling projects in and around San Francisco. We don't consider experience with commercial work or public-works projects as applicable to this position. 4 years relevant trades experience is strongly desirable for this role. Our ideal hire brings meaningful ability in remodeling construction. Intimate familiarity with the proper execution of all facets of residential construction and remodeling Can read architectural and structural plans and understand notations Fluency in English vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, and syntax Proficient in MS Excel and Word, Google Drive, Windows High-school diploma minimum / College degree a plus Spanish-language proficiency a plus Clean DMV and criminal record Have smartphone with data plan Ability to pass drug tests Legal resident of the U. S. A.
