We are seeking a talented and driven eCommerce Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting enterprise data to provide actionable insights that will inform and guide our eCommerce strategy and decision-making. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, transforming complex data into clear and strategic recommendations to help drive our eCommerce success. What You Will Do
Gather and analyze data from various eCommerce platforms and sources to provide comprehensive insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics. Partner with business leaders and teams to identify their data needs and deliver actionable insights to support their goals. Utilize statistical methods and data mining techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in eCommerce data. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner. Evaluate the effectiveness of eCommerce strategies and initiatives, suggesting improvements based on data analysis. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance data analysis practices. What You Will Have

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field OR equivalent working experience. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Snowflake, SQL, Python, R). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and pay attention to detail. Driven in analytical thinking, anticipating the next question that will get asked by leaders regarding his/her insight results. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Advanced degree in a relevant field. Experience with eCommerce tracking platforms (e.g., Google or Adobe analytics). Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling.
