Responsible for identifying aged inventory and the risk of stock expiration, and aligning with Finance on corrective action plans. Conduct weekly management calls with brand site leads and the Supply Chain organization regarding strategies, execution, and SKU-level expectations. Maintain a close partnership with internal and external 3PL teams to ensure optimal inventory flows, including, but not limited to, stock transfers and Return-to-Vendor (RTV) processes. Continue the Anaplan rollout for multi-divisional use, enhancing short-term planning capabilities. Identify and manage Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) for the channel through effective planning and promotional programming, in partnership with brand site leads. Manage a team of 4 direct reports.

In-depth knowledge of statistical forecasting, 3PL management, and root-cause analysis for identifying and resolving supply chain stockouts and optimizing opportunities. A hands-on approach to risk analysis and developing metrics for forecast error review and mitigation strategies. A flexible leader who encourages ideas and participation from all team members. Demonstrated ability to develop logical, long-term, and cost-effective solutions. Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary; knowledge of other MS Office tools is a plus. Highly collaborative with diverse stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Open-minded and adept at building networks to achieve goals. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the most senior levels. Strong bias for action and seeing initiatives through to completion and successful business application. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within demanding timelines. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Passion for fast-moving transformation roles and for making tangible business impacts. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects across a matrixed organization. Proven ability to build trust and influence others.
