Senior Manager, Product Owner Duties
: Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of innovative products that meet customer needs, drive revenue growth, and align with our company's strategic objective. Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering teams, and other cross-functional departments. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities for product innovation. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and define product features, functionality, and user experience. Work closely with the product owners to create and maintain product requirements, user stories, and specifications, ensuring they are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives. Oversee the product backlog, prioritize feature development, and track progress against key milestones, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate with the engineering team to provide guidance, clarification, and support during the development lifecycle. Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven product decisions. Hybrid work permitted 2 days per week within a reasonable commuting distance of Indianapolis, Indiana. SCHEDULE:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field of study and five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or related role where experience was gained. Also requires experience in the following: 3 years of experience in Product management, with a track record of successfully delivering and launching products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment; 3 years of experience in Leadership or managerial role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing product management team; 3 years of experience in Product management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Lean, and experience applying them in real-world scenarios; and 2 years of experience in running a SCRUM team during Program Increment Planning Events such as story-pointing user stories; writing business objectives, prioritizing work according to the WSJF scores assigned; prioritizing Production Support and Maintenance work along with Grow the Business work to achieve company objectives.
