Responsibilities:
Review, redline, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and legal documents Administer contracts through full lifecycle of technical projects Prepare proposals and manage scope, schedule, and change control Ensure compliance with FAR, ITAR, EAR, and other regulations Support risk mitigation and issue resolution Develop and implement contract policies and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Law, Legal Studies, Business, or Engineering 3+ years in aerospace/defense contract administration Strong knowledge of government contracts, export regulations, and negotiation strategy Experience with technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration Seniority level
