Role: A player/coach that can drive a group of salespeople focusing on selling our IT workforce solutions to companies within a specific market. The key function of the role is to grow assigned customers and sign new logos within a local markets and assigned region. Establish Mindlance as the preferred partner for our customers and manage a team of reps playing a similar role for clients within the region. Responsible for financial performance of the team, including gross margin, headcount and overall client satisfaction. The individual will also work with a team of a delivery managers, recruiters and a shared services team to support growth. The candidate will hold senior level relationships for clients and will be accountable for client growth and overall sales execution, including account management, successful on boarding, compliance management, and performance management of the region. Job Responsibilities: Hire, develop and manage field sales org supporting large enterprise high-touch and mid-market clients in specific markets/ geographies Develop team to hunt for additional enterprise and mid-market clients Be truly accountable for each field salesperson achieving financial (and operational goals); ability to incubate sales talent to achieve specific financial (and operational) metrics within a specified period of time Ensure financial and operational performance for assigned clients in given markets / geographies. High degree of ownership and accountability Willingness to travel extensively Strong people and performance management Experience needed: Past track record of success in Business Development and Account Management with clients, both strategic and mid- market Experience positioning company in complex sales efforts such as VOP, SOW and project based staffing.
