This role is based onsite at our Headquarters in Burlingame, California Monday through Friday. In this role, you will apply your expertise in building and maintaining the organization's data governance, ingestion, transformation, and visualization to ensure the integrity, quality, and accessibility of data across multiple systems. Your effort should improve DataOps efficiency and infrastructure, ultimately driving better patient outcomes through creating and maintaining ETLs, visualizations, dashboards, and user experience. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data quality across clinical and operational systems. Develop and implement quality frameworks to scale data operations, management, and visualization. Monitor and resolve data anomalies in clinical, operational, and medical record systems to maintain high standards. Design and implement automated data workflows to improve data accessibility and operational efficiency. Create dynamic dashboards in Domo to provide actionable insights on KPIs like patient satisfaction, readmission rates, staff performance, and productivity via drilldowns and uncompromising user experience. Design and manage reports to optimize patient care pathways, operational processes, and resource allocation. Oversee data governance processes, including Data Lake maintenance and Data Pipelining, to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability across systems. Establish and enforce best practices for managing healthcare data, including OASIS codes, diagnosis codes, and CMS measures. Leverage AI technologies to strengthen data governance and improve data accuracy and consistency. Partner with clinical, operational, and IT teams to identify opportunities for data quality and analytics improvement. Train staff and leadership on interpreting data insights, optimizing productivity, and using integrated systems effectively. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years in data analytics or clinical informatics (Healthcare and/or home health experience preferred). Consulting background is a plus. Customer Relationship Manager (e.g.,Salesforce), Cloud Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake), BI tools (e.g., Domo), and Medical Record Systems (e.g., Kinnser). Strong knowledge of healthcare data structures, including OASIS codes, diagnosis codes, and CMS measures is highly preferred. Experience with data governance practices and ensuring data integrity across integrated systems. Proficiency in advanced SQL, Python, and automation tools. Strong communication skills to explain integrated data insights to non-technical stakeholders. $120,000 - $140,000 a year
