SoC DRAM Memory Subsystem Validation Engineering Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee the validation and debug of our high-performance memory subsystems in our custom SoCs. This role involves managing bring-up, validation, debugging, and collaborating with various teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality memory technologies across Apple’s product lines. Interface with multi-functional teams to resolve silicon issues related to memory. Lead debug activities post-silicon, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate the adoption of new DRAM technologies and qualification processes. Collaborate with supply management, engineering, and program teams to set priorities. Engage with DRAM vendors on technology development, issues, and schedule adherence. Manage distribution of new DRAM materials across development systems. Work with design and test teams during NPI to meet performance and screening requirements. Ensure high-quality silicon production through robust internal processes. Minimum Qualifications
BS degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience in SOC DRAM memory design, validation, architecture, or test engineering. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of high-performance memory subsystems, DDR controllers, PHY design, and high-speed IO interfaces. Experience with high-volume DRAM/SoC shipping. Experience working with major DRAM vendors and validation processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and executive summaries. Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach.
