Electrical Project Engineer

Responsibilities Generate estimates, quotes, and proposals for control panel design and assembly. Develop preliminary design BOMs, single line diagrams, panel layouts and other electrical related documentation as needed for project proposals. Design electrical schematics per project specifications as needed. Independently identify and cultivate new business opportunities, while leveraging a CRM. Engage with prospective customers and internal engineering teams to understand customer needs and project scope. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in pre-sales, estimation, or a related role. Ability to design BOMs, single line diagrams, and panel layouts from high-level requirements. Proficiency in designing electrical schematics for various projects. Working knowledge of PLCs, IO Modules, VFDs, motors, control panels, and other standard industrial equipment. Proficiency with electrical design software, preferably AutoCAD Electrical. Willingness to travel locally, with occasional overnight trips. Compensation: Compensation is based on experience, industry and location standards: $100,000 $115,000 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
