Job Overview

We are seeking a

highly skilled and driven Director of Production

to lead our roofing production department with

strategic oversight, operational efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to quality and safety . In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for managing

two production managers and their crews , ensuring that every project is completed

on time, within budget, and to the highest standards . Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor

production managers and crews to ensure seamless execution of roofing projects. Develop and enforce SOPs

to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and uphold quality control. Manage project scheduling and material procurement

to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations , fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Drive continuous improvement , identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices. Collaborate with leadership

to align production goals with company objectives and customer expectations. Qualifications & Experience

Required:

4+ years of experience

in roofing, with expertise in

TPO and metal roofing , or

3+ years of experience managing roofing crews

specializing in these materials. Proven leadership ability , with experience managing a production team and holding employees accountable. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations

and a

proven track record of safety compliance . Ability to

drive operational excellence

through process improvements and team leadership. Preferred:

Experience with ServiceTitan CRM

(strongly preferred). Prior military service

in a construction or engineering-related MOS. Background in process improvement methodologies

to enhance production efficiency. Familiarity with Arizona’s building codes and roofing regulations . Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary :

$90,000 - $120,000 per year
