Warehouse Inventory Specialist
to work onsite in Everett, WA. Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for processing materials to support our customer, the satellite production team. You will interact with teams such as procurement, planning, quality, and EHS to ensure positive outcomes. The role requires working in a warehouse environment with varying workloads. You may learn to operate different functions within the warehouse, starting with paths like Receive, Put-Away, Pick, or Kit, and grow over time. Job Title:
Inventory Planner Pay:
$28.00-$30.00/hr, based on experience Schedule: Back Half Nights: Wed-Sat 3pm-1:30am (shift change in August to 5pm start) Front Half Nights: Sun-Wed 3pm-1:30am (shift change in August to 5pm start) Back Half Days: Wed-Sat 7am-5:30pm (shift change in August to 6am start) Front Half Days: Sun-Wed 7am-5:30pm (shift change in August to 6am start) Location:
Everett, WA 98203 Contract Duration:
9 months, with possible extension Responsibilities: Handle materials accurately and efficiently for production and development. Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to transact material virtually. Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies. Communicate with quality control, purchasing, and related departments to resolve problems. Move materials between sites physically and virtually. Identify training needs, assist in training new hires and junior team members. Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards by following best practices. Resolve work blockers and escalate issues when necessary. Learn new processes. Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts. Contribute to SOP improvements, including safety procedures. Minimum Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in inventory control or related roles. Experience in assembly/production. Flexible, team-oriented attitude. Good written and oral communication skills. Proficient in Excel. Experience with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce).
