Position reports directly to a dynamic and inspirational Director of Surgical Services The Nurse Manager will have an excellent support structure including a team of Supervisors, Charge Nurses and an OR Educator. About the Hospital and Department: Known for its close knit culture, family feel Position will manage the day to day operations of the Operating Rooms Department performs over 10,000 annual surgeries across 15 OR's including general, CV, ortho, neuro, gyn, and vascular About the Operating Room Nurse Manager (Hospital) Position: This is a highly autonomous role that will focus on the daily operations of the department. You will also provide mentoring to your staff, ensure collaborative and positive physician relationships, create and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and should be able to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements for Operating Room Nurse Manager (Hospital) BSN required (Master's preferred) RN active license required Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services setting Minimum five (5) years of surgical services nursing experience (preferably in the Operating Room - experience with orthopedic is a plus!)
