Travel **Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) - 4x10 Hour Shift**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This position requires a commitment to working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, providing exceptional patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with industry standards and established protocols. - Work a 4x10 hour shift schedule, with hours from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Wednesday through Saturday. - Participate in holiday rotations, with the expectation to work 2 out of 3 major holidays and be available for shifts during the holiday season. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care. - Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including caring for COVID patients as necessary. - Maintain a tobacco and fragrance-free workplace and uphold patient confidentiality.
**Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required. - Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) are mandatory. - Experience with EPIC charting systems highly preferred. - Capable of providing care for a diverse patient demographic, including neonates, adolescents, and adults of all ages. - Must possess strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
**Additional Requirements:** - Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (with exemptions for medical or religious reasons). - Flu vaccine required with limited exemptions. - Must be available to work every weekend as part of your regular schedule.
