we want you to grow with us. Your Responsibilities as a Project Geologist/Engineer (Scientist 2):
Perform project management activities; work closely with senior staff to meet project objectives Field assessment of contaminated soil, soil gas, indoor air, and groundwater Perform Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) Coordination of investigation of field work for client projects including scheduling and oversight of utility locating, excavation, drilling firms Evaluate sample results and develop tables and figures for technical reports Write and review technical reports and proposals Prepare and deliver presentations Environmental assessment and remediation, monitoring and sampling, petroleum remedial projects, managing project budgets and/or general permitting Perform technical and fieldwork Mentor, train, and oversee scientific staff and ensure quality work product Ensure project work is completed safely while maintaining quality and integrity of work and data Actively develop your own career growth Why you'll love working for us:

BS in environmental science, civil engineer, toxicology, or other environmental-related field. Master's degree is preferred. Geologist-In-Training (GIT), Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification is a plus 6+ years of experience providing environmental consulting services including risk assessments, exposure assessments, technical writing, technical oversight, and project management on various projects Ability to mentor, train, and manage staff Strong technical writing and communication skills Strong safety awareness, good working safety record, and understanding of safe work practices 40-hour OHSA HAZWOPER certification is preferred, or ability to obtain certification at start of employment Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Experience with job cost accounting is a plus Interested?
