Physical Therapist We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team based in the Washington, DC Metro area, including Virginia and Maryland. This position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in the rehabilitation of our patients, helping them achieve their recovery goals through personalized therapy plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to individual patient needs. Salary:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions and rehabilitation needs following referrals. Develop and execute treatment programs with attainable goals under physician guidance. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy effectiveness. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and therapy techniques. Administer direct patient care, adjusting treatment plans based on patient responses and progress. Engage with medical professionals across disciplines to formulate holistic care plans. Minimum Position Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Valid PT licensure in the operating state(s). Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification. Experienced in the use of electronic medical records. Familiarity with decentralized collaborative team structures. Understanding of CPT, ICD-10 codes, and pertinent insurance guidelines including Medicare and Workers' Compensation. Preferred Qualifications: Specialization in neurological, orthopedic, or pediatric physical therapy. Experience managing a diverse patient caseload. Proven track record of developing effective patient-centered treatment plans. Ability to lead initiatives in clinical service delivery and quality assurance. Skills: Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of handling sensitive information discretely and professionally.
