Higher degree accepted but not a minimum requirement. • Must have experience in job involving patent application prosecution in Intellectual property law. • Licensed to practice law in Illinois or the ability to sit for the Illinois bar exam, and admission, or limited recognition, to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
