Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients while effectively using the Epic electronic medical record system.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in the Epic system.- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing practices. Qualifications: - Epic experience is REQUIRED for this position.- Candidates must be local, with specific counties deemed ineligible.- Experience in a similar nursing role is highly desirable.- Ability to float to other units as needed.- Must possess a valid nursing license; willingness to review clinicians with pending state licenses may be considered.
