Travel Nursing Job Details Location: Lebanon, Oregon (97355) - Oregon nursing jobs Unit: Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) - Adult Employment Type: Travel RN contract Start Date: July 28, 2025 End Date: October 27, 2025 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), rotating weekends Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Salary: $1860-$2000 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license (required at time of application) Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification - Healthcare Provider Level Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience in a hospital or acute care setting Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities Med/Surg RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to adult medical and surgical patients Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by providers Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families on procedures, care plans, and post-discharge instructions Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment for patients and staff Ready to take the next step in your travel nursing career?
