As a Lube Technician , you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and routine vehicle services to keep customers' vehicles in excellent condition.

As a Lube Technician , you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and routine vehicle services to keep customers' vehicles in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Fluid Services: Perform oil changes, transmission fluid changes, brake fluid changes, and top off other fluids such as coolant and power steering fluid.
- Filter Replacements: Replace oil filters, air filters, and other filters as needed.
- Tire Services: Rotate tires, check tire pressure, and replace tires when required.
- Basic Inspections: Conduct visual inspections of key vehicle components, including brakes, belts, and hoses, to identify potential issues.
- Customer Communication: Clearly explain service recommendations to customers and answer any questions about maintenance needs.
- Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure proper disposal of used fluids and materials according to safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
- Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs or fuses.
- Sell and install accessories like wiper blades or batteries.
- Assist in more complex repairs alongside other team members when necessary.
- 1 to 2 years of lube technician or related automotive maintenance experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
