Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, robust, and high-performing software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise across front-end, back-end, databases, big data, and cloud technologies. This role involves defining technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and mentoring development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and document end-to-end architecture for enterprise-level systems. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, and React Native. Ensure seamless integration between front-end, back-end, and database systems, including SQL, MongoDB, Oracle, Elastic DB, and Redis. Architect and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS Glue, AWS EMR, AWS Lambda, and AWS Elasticsearch. Leverage Spark and big data technologies for real-time data processing and analytics. Provide technical direction to development teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards. Lead proof-of-concept (POC) efforts to evaluate new technologies and methodologies. Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines. Design and optimize database schemas for relational (SQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) systems. Implement indexing, caching, and query optimization strategies. Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables. Conduct performance tuning for applications, databases, and cloud services. Implement security best practices, including data encryption, authentication, and secure API design. Create detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, workflows, and user guides. Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Required Qualifications

12+ years as a Solutions Architect. 10+ years working with Angular, Node.js, Java. 8+ years of React Native and MongoDB experience. Healthcare industry experience preferred. Relevant industry certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and GraphQL for integrations. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Location
