JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES
You are responsible for all operations in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You must set a positive example, adhere strictly to policies and procedures, and expect the same from your team. Responsibilities include scheduling, ordering, training, and hiring. A profit-sharing bonus is available based on cost control within set goals.
