As a clinician at our OB hospitalist program, youll be in the hospital 24/7 to perform real-time triage on every patient entering the labor and delivery unit or obstetric emergency department (OBED). Your presence will reduce delays in emergency OB/GYN care, improve outcomes, increase patient satisfaction, and support community clinicians.
East Cooper Medical Center (ECMC) has comprehensive maternity services that are redesigned with mothers and babies in mind. ECMC has a Level II nursery and maternal-fetal care specialists with advanced technology, as well as IBCLC certified lactation consultants. ECMC sees approximately 1,800 annual deliveries.
Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital is a 204-bed facility committed to making childbirth a positive and memorable experience for each family. It offers a full range of obstetrics and women's health services including maternal-fetal medicine, childbirth and new parent classes, postpartum care, and education.
