About the Opportunity
The Senior Solutions Architect will play a key role in driving sales from a technical perspective, working closely with the Sales team to create solutions tailored to client needs. The Solutions Architect will also serve as a liaison between the Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams.
Responsibilities for Senior Solutions Architect include:
- Identify and apply product features and implementation methodologies during the sales process.
- Scope, plan, and estimate implementation projects.
- Create Professional Services Statements of Work for agreements.
- Establish customer enablement plans that promote rapid self-reliance.
- Interface regularly with clients to help them achieve their business and technological goals.
- Partner with clients through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business needs, current technical environment, and future technology requirements.
- Act as an advisor by consulting with clients and the Sales team on technical issues related to multiple technologies, in both pre- and post-sale capacities.
Qualifications for Senior Solutions Architect:
- 7+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS, digital analytics, preferably within top-tier media agencies or AdTech vendors.
- Experience with database development, data modeling, SQL, HTML, CSS.
- Comfort working in analytics environments (R, SAS, Python, etc.).
- Previous client-facing technical experience, preferably in the database technology sector.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and ecosystem.
- Natural ability for consultative and solution-based selling.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Motivated self-starter eager to succeed.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- S. or B.A. degree.
Salary: $150,000 $175,000 + OTE, DOE
