Job Summary:
We are seeking a highlyskilled and experienced Informatica MDM Architect to lead the design,implementation, and support of enterprise-level Master Data Management (MDM)solutions using Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain MDM, Customer 360, or Product360). The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Informatica MDMarchitecture, data modelling, integration, and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Informatica MDM solutions to meet business data management needs.
- Develop and lead MDM architecture strategies, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to define MDM requirements.
- Define and manage data governance and data quality rules within the MDM ecosystem.
- Lead the implementation and customization of Informatica MDM Hub, IDD, SIF, match/merge rules, and user exits.
- Design and optimize data models and workflows within the MDM platform.
- Oversee data integration activities using Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, or similar tools.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimization of the MDM solution.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to MDM developers and analysts.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies.
- 8+ years of experience in data management with at least 5+ years specifically in Informatica MDM architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub, IDD, SIF, Entity 360, or Customer 360.
- Proficiency in data modelling, metadata management, match/merge logic, and hierarchy management.
- Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and ETL (PowerCenter or IICS) tools.
- Knowledge of data governance, data stewardship, and master data lifecycle.
- Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, or cloud-native approaches.
- Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Customer 360 Insights, MDM SaaS, or Multidomain MDM on cloud.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
