Responsibilities

As a staff physician, you are a vital part of a dedicated team of clinicians committed to exceptional patient care. Your patients, as well as your medical and support team, will look to you for your problem-solving and leadership skills. You will assess patients and provide treatments, ensuring an exceptional and reassuring experience. Your work will significantly impact the health of Americas workforce, and after hours, your personal time is yours. This description is not exhaustive; duties may change at any time without notice.

Qualifications

  • Clinic-based position providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
  • Collaborates with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
  • Fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and recognition.
  • Maintains relationships with center clients and payers.
  • Promotes and exemplifies Orange Book values for all clinic colleagues.
  • Active and unrestricted license.
  • Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction (required prior to start).
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
  • FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to certify through Concentras DOT training program.

Additional Data

  • Many clinics offer M-F, 8-5 hours, no nights, weekends, holidays, or call.
  • Compensation includes a competitive base salary with annual merit increases, monthly RVU bonus, and quarterly quality bonus.
  • Paid Time Off: 24 days/year, 5 days CME, 6 holidays.
  • Benefits include medical malpractice coverage, licensure reimbursement, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, health plans, life/disability insurance, referral bonuses, teaching opportunities, training in Occupational Medicine, supplemental health benefits, FSA accounts, CME courses, leadership programs, relocation assistance, and more.
  • Hourly rate ranges from $130 to $160 depending on experience and location.
