Provide attending coverage for University Hospitals adult psychiatric services, consultation-liaison psychiatric services, and psychiatric emergency services as assigned. Participate in overnight on-call rotating faculty schedule; Participate in rotating faculty schedule for University Hospital weekend coverage; Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement, and peer review activities; Teach and evaluate medical students, psychiatry residents, fellows, and allied health professional fellows/students/trainees in both clinical activities at University Hospital as well as in didactic lecture and small group settings; Pursuit scholarly activities within the Department of Psychiatry and collaborate with other departments at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences; Complete billing, required training, time studies, and other required hospital-related or Rutgers-related surveys, in accordance with Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and University Hospital policies, on a timely basis; Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Chair.
