Senior Manufacturing Supervisor

The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading a large team of supervisors and operators in a 24/7 operation. Implementing organizational change that drives improvement of safety, quality, and efficiency. Determining vision for owned departments to drive operational excellence. Supporting day to day operations, and continuous improvement efforts. Willingness to be on-call nights and weekends to escalate and resolve issues. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. Eight (8) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment. Three (3) years of leadership or management experience in a manufacturing setting in a private, public, government or military environment. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or other Technical. Five (5) years of leadership or management experience in a manufacturing setting] in a private, public, government or military environment. Skills of high value are written, and communication skills. Ability to create a vision, communicate the vision and execute. Skill practitioner of LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies. The expected compensation range for this position is $122,292 - $149,468, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
