Supervise Nurse Manager I and Nurse Manager II in service area.Review medical records and physician orders to ensure program compliance, updating information as needed. Participate in program audits and other quality improvement initiatives.On a rotating basis, provide division wide health care trainings, such as vital signs, infection control, nursing assessments etcOn a rotating basis, provide agency wide electronic health care record trainings.What You Bring: Required: Active LPN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.Bonus: Multilingual or lived experience with recovery.We Value: Your unique background-not just your resume.Growth mindsets (we'll invest in your training!).We at BAMSI appreciate your interest and consideration of roles in our organization.
