Summary of the Opportunity: Client Overview: We are hiring for a technology company in need of an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and serve as the main information and communication manager for the office. Role Summary: The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for conducting research, handling information requests, performing clerical functions, managing calendars, handling expense reporting, and coordinating events. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. - Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. - Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports. - Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. - Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. - Make arrangements for travel, planning meetings, etc. Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success: MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications: - 8-10 years of overall experience in the field - High School Diploma or GED (absolute requirement) - Strong calendaring experience - Experience with expense reporting - Event planning experience Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) - Experience working with executives in tech companies like Meta, Amazon, or Google Exciting Opportunity: This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide high-level administrative support, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic corporate environment.
