Individual base pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Position Summary

This position is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for visual design, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and functional user interfaces. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Engage and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, user stories, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the user experience. Design User Interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and page navigation. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Promptly provide prototypes and iterations on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints. Responsible for staying up to date with the latest User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) trends, techniques, and technologies. Identify and define the standards and approach for design engagement within the IT organization. Lead the center of competency for design, defining standards and approach for design within the IT organization. Maintain the security of confidential information Stay abreast of advances in technology Demonstrate regular and prompt attendance Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned Supervisory and/or Leadership Responsibilities

None Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping Experience with design systems and component libraries Ability to conduct usability testing and interpret analytics Skilled in portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms Skilled in user-centered design, usability, and accessibility Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing and changing priorities Skilled in identifying, analyzing and resolving problems Skilled in time management Skilled in prioritizing and managing changing priorities Ability to anticipate, identify, analyze and resolve conflict and problems Ability to set priorities Ability to apply organization skills Ability to interface with all levels of management and employees Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience)

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Cognitive Sciences, or a related field Directly related experience may substitute for education Three years of proven UI/UX design experience Experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar required Experience with standard software development tools such as Microsoft ADO, Jira, GitLab, or similar required Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes preferred Physical Demands and Work Environment
