Graphic Designer
Industrial Color is a creative production agency with studios in New York and Los Angeles, partnering with top global brands. We're looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to bring bold ideas to life across media, from title design and digital campaigns to presentations and research. You're detail-obsessed fluent in design, art, color, composition, and typography, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Your portfolio shows sharp instincts, a unique point of view, and versatility across project types and scales. If you're a self-starter who loves creating work that moves culture, we want to meet you. In this role you will: Conduct design research and source visual references to inspire and inform creative concepts Create polished, visually compelling presentations that communicate ideas effectively Design and produce digital banners, collateral, eCommerce assets, social posts, video title sequences, and graphic elements for multimedia projects Explore and develop distinctive color palettes to enhance visual impact Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, senior creatives, and producers to bring concepts to life Contribute to the development and delivery of compelling creative pitches Clearly articulate and present design ideas to internal teams and stakeholders Develop style guides and standards documentation to ensure visual consistency across projects Skills & Competencies Creative Excellence
Strong visual design skills with mastery of color, composition, typography, and layout across multiple platforms. Collaboration & Communication
Ability to work seamlessly with creative, production, and client teams while clearly articulating ideas and creative rationale. Adaptability & Problem-Solving
Comfort working across varied project types and scales, quickly pivoting between mediums while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
