Clerical Duties Support
Under direct supervision, this position performs a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical duties ensuring the timely and accurate processing of paper and or electronic data in support of the Procurement teams activities under strict departmental processing standards and guidelines. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Gathers, compiles, sorts, verifies and processes account information and other required information into the system to ensure timely and accurate data processing. Reconciles vendor accounts, posts information, processes payments and performs research as requested. Prepares a variety of standard reports for the department. Assists internal and external customers with simple routine questions; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department. Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines; prepares incoming mail for distribution and outgoing mail for postage. Ensures information requests are handled in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures. Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s). Performs all other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
