This is not a remote role, this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office. We're looking for a Creative Direction Manager to drive integrated storytelling and concept development for our home internet services (5G Home Internet and T-Mobile Fiber). This is a hands-on creative leadership role where you'll shape big ideas, guide execution, and collaborate with writers, designers, and studio managers to deliver brand-defining work that keeps us unmistakably T-Mobile. You'll lead the creative process from insight to idea to execution-across campaigns, video, digital, OOH, retail, and internal comms-with a focus on making home internet a must-have for our customers. As part of T-Studios, you'll partner with marketing, product, and business teams to make sure every piece of creative not only hits the mark, but connects emotionally and visually with our audience. This is a role for a builder and a leader-someone who can move fast, think smart, and stay bold. You lead from the front, check your ego at the door, and aren't afraid to jump in to make great work even better. Key Responsibilities: Guide creative direction and execution across multiple channels and formats with a focus on home internet marketing initiatives Concept and lead campaign development, brand storytelling, and content initiatives that differentiate our home internet products Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and studio managers to ensure creative alignment, clarity, and consistency across all customer touchpoints Direct design mockups and story development for brand, event, retail, and social creative Partner with business leaders, product teams, and creative stakeholders to translate complex ideas into powerful, customer-friendly visual stories Prepare and present creative concepts to internal leadership, including T-Studios and Home Internet marketing teams Mentor creatives across disciplines and elevate the team's thinking and output Stay grounded in the T-Mobile voice and visual system, while evolving how it comes to life for home internet audiences Stay curious-especially around tools like AI and automation that can enhance creative thinking and speed Thrive in a fast-paced, high-collaboration culture where craft and speed both matter What You'll Bring: 4-7 years of creative leadership experience in agency, in-house, or studio settings A portfolio of work showing strong creative direction, storytelling, and execution-ideally with examples of product-specific marketing or service-based brands Proven success leading and mentoring creative teams and guiding projects from brief to launch Experience with cross-functional collaboration and executive-level presentation Ability to translate strategy into concept and concept into execution Deep understanding of design, visual language, and creative systems Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Curiosity around AI, automation, and evolving creative workflows Passion for collaboration and a builder's mindset Why T-Mobile?
