Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating Profit Loss statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$80,000.00 Plus Differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges). 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
