Responsibilities: Develop and communicate a visionary strategy for the AI-driven technology platform, including the Workbench and aIQ chat products, ensuring it aligns with KPMG's long-term goals and technological advancements. Work with internal and external development, run and maintain teams to ensure successful operations and support of the emerging technologies including core platform and global AI applications. Lead, mentor, and develop diverse team to ensure effective program implementation, transparent communication, and continuous improvement, while fostering career growth and skill development across the department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and requirements, driving the integration of AI platforms and AI agents to meet the evolving needs of KPMG's global network and member firms. Ensure that the technology platform, including Workbench, AI applications, and emerging technologies, maintain high standards of performance, scalability, and security while complying with industry regulations and ethical guidelines. Manage global vendor relationships and ensure contractual obligations, including Service-Level Agreement (SLA) management are met; participate actively in forecast and annual budget planning, as well as manage the operational budget. Qualifications: Minimum of 20 years in senior roles involving complex decision-making, with a proven track record of adaptability, consistent performance during change, and effective communication across teams to ensure smooth execution. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Deep knowledge of strategic solution delivery models and organizational design, with the ability to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and align resources to emerging opportunities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, motivate cross-functional groups, and manage through uncertainty while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
