Technical Operator I

As a Technical Operator I, you will be operating the assigned process/equipment in accordance with the work instructions. You will help support production volumes and quality under the production plan while using equipment and computerized systems to produce, assemble, evaluate, process, and package lithium-ion batteries in a climate-controlled environment. Prepare equipment and materials for production, operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, in-putting materials, and monitoring defects/loss for continuous operation. Conduct self-inspection of the product and check the quality. Maintain accurate records of production work in GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System). Track all non-conformations and scraps. Compliance with health/safety/environmental/fire regulations. Perform 5s audits, maintain production logs, quality checks and maintenance work logs. Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container. Follow LGESMI existing cleaning SOP's during downtime (e.g. line stop, waiting time, etc.), which includes cleaning your designated machine and/or surrounding work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills: manufacturing industry, Production, Assembly, Machine operation, Production line, General labor Top Skills Details: manufacturing industry Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1-3+ years of manufacturing experience (production, assembly, machine operation, warehouse, etc.) Computer literacy Communication skills Problem solving and analytical skills Basic arithmetic ability Reading and writing skills Ability to work well with individuals and teams to ensure the team meets & exceeds expectations Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for a period of up to 12 hours Safety glasses Steel-toed shoes nitrile gloves clean room suit Must be able to do the following repeatedly for a period of up to 12 hours Lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds Stoop, twist, bend Reach overhead Sit and/or stand Use of hands and fingers to perform job function Experience Level: Entry Level Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
