Dassault Mechanic

Join our dynamic team at a reputable Dassault repair and service station. Engage in comprehensive repair and modification duties, supporting AOG issues and ensuring aircrafts are quickly returned to production. Work collaboratively with customers and co-workers, maintaining professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities

Perform repair and modification duties traditionally engaged by A&P mechanics, including potential sheet metal repair. Make day or overnight trips to address AOG issues, ensuring prompt aircraft production resumption. Maintain professional appearance and conduct in interactions with customers, guests, and co-workers. Complete tasks efficiently and to quality standards, utilizing applicable technical data for maintenance, inspection, and repair. Familiarize with Quality Control systems and procedures as outlined in the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual. Maximize efficiency through effective resource utilization. Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork in accordance with RSM/QCM execution methods. Support Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover requirements. Collaborate with Customer Project Supervisor to achieve on-time and on-budget objectives. Provide services and deliverables meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. Maintain good housekeeping practices using the 5S system. Focus on Human Factors and drive towards zero defects in workmanship and safety. Adhere to company rules, regulations, safety policies, and standard operating procedures. Support the corporate mission and vision by achieving department goals and objectives. Essential Skills

Airframe and Aircraft maintenance expertise. Repair and heavy maintenance proficiency. Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and modification of Dassault Falcon Jet aircraft systems. A&P license. Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, especially CFR parts 43, 91, 145, and 135. Additional Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience on private/corporate airframes preferred. Falcon Jet experience is a plus. Sheet metal skills preferred. Open to candidates newly out of A&P school. Work Environment

Work in a hangar environment with a team of approximately 10 people. The hangar is non-climate controlled, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Adjustments to the schedule are possible to accommodate warmer months. Expect a collaborative and scaling work environment. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesterfield, Missouri. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.89 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
