Our client international bank is seeking an administrative assistant/receptionist. Receptionist Duties: Provide an excellent customer care service. Answer telephone calls. Manage mails and deliveries. Distribute incoming newspapers & periodicals/mail/faxes/messages. Arrange catering when required. Welcome visitors, control visitors book and issue access cards. Assist during client and staff meetings. Manage the room booking diary. Administrative Duties: Cooperate and collaborate with office supply companies. Perform various office administration tasks and ad hoc duties as required. Make travel/hotel and restaurant arrangements as needed. Ensure the reception area is presented to the very best standards. Updating employees directory. Reporting any building related issues to property management office. Keeping the kitchen/pantry stocked with supplies. Expatriate or Delegation support, including travel and arranging and attending functions. Requirements: Process oriented with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to control. Strong and flexible team player with good oral and written communication skills. Good understanding of receptionist activities. Have good organizational skills. Good Microsoft Office computer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Concern for accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work under pressure. Proactive in achieving results. Ability to cope with multiple priorities and changing environment. Diligent and dependable. Professional attitude to work.
