Develop and maintain client relationships with Spanish language speakers in the real estate market, including communicating and staying current with local market conditions and trends Provide Spanish language consultation and advice to colleagues and clients throughout the entire real estate process Negotiate contracts for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties in a Spanish-language environment Prepare marketing materials and organize property listing information in Spanish Participate in open houses, meetings, and events to proactively promote real estate services to the Spanish language community Qualifications:
