Warehouse Coordinator
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the efficient receiving, handling, and shipping of orders. This role involves inputting inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), preparing orders, and leading the team to ensure efficiency. The coordinator will also oversee the loading of orders, manage inbound and outbound tanks filled with raw materials, and create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for all outbound sales. The position requires flexibility to work both in the warehouse and at a desk as needed. Responsibilities
Receive and process paperwork for order picking and loading. Input inventory data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Prepare orders and manage team efficiency. Load orders using an electric forklift and oversee loaders. Track inbound and outbound tanks of raw materials. Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for all outbound sales. Ensure compliance with GMP and safety protocols. Essential Skills
Experience in inventory management, shipping, and receiving. Proficiency in cycle counts, documentation, and supervisory skills. Ability to handle material, manage inventory, and perform stocking and packaging duties. Experience with electric forklifts and order picking. Experience in manufacturing, preferably with GMP experience. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
