Mathematician for Slots/Game Server Developer

to join our team and contribute to the development of engaging and profitable gaming experiences. In this role, you will delve into game design and mathematical modeling, analyzing and optimizing game mechanics and payout structures. You will collaborate with game designers and software developers to create compelling slot algorithms and ensure fair, entertaining gameplay. Your analytical skills and passion for mathematics will be essential in enhancing player engagement and the success of our slots portfolio. Relevant experience in game development will help you deliver your game to other teams effectively. About you: Talent for solving abstract and highly complex math problems High attention to detail: the ability to spot even small mistakes in your math models and troubleshoot them Ability to quickly prototype rough ideas Interest in games from both developer and player perspectives Data-driven and analytical mindset in decision-making Motivated by challenges and stretch goals Will be a huge plus: Experience working as a game mathematician in online gambling Experience in game development Experience leading or mentoring team members and participating in cross-team communications Strong mathematical intuition, creativity, and curiosity Understanding of how slot games work and how to make game mechanics that are fun within desired parameters (RTP, volatility, etc.) Ability to view games from players perspectives Practical experience with workflow management tools (Jira), collaboration software (Confluence), and data analytics platforms (Tableau, Google Analytics) What goals will you have? Develop engaging game mathematics and mechanics in collaboration with Product Owners Fine-tune game mathematics and mechanics to optimize the product Develop an actual game server for QA testing and frontend development Perform simulations to compare game math outcomes with targets and other games Provide competitive game math analysis for valuable insights Analyze risks and the probability of wins for player investigations Rapid prototyping of game mechanics to validate concepts Be involved in the entire game creation process Collaborate with development teams and specify game math details Act as a discussion sparring partner within our team to improve products What you get in return: Competitive Salary:
