Demonstrate high technical acumen in communications and bring agreements to solution for future readiness. Define metrics for measuring maturity, health, and play an active role in determining these measures. Clearly document technical debt and create actionable plans to mitigate gaps and challenges. Work together with a team of analysts to perform thorough analysis and designs. Skills and Experience Required: Required An accomplished Technical Architect sets the direction and focus for the architecture capability that will underpin the customer Digital Strategy. Demonstrated experience in performing current state analysis of large enterprise IT systems (Both monolith and new generation). Demonstrated experience performing reverse engineering custom applications. Well versed with DevSecOps practices Strong experience with wide array of technologies i.e. Mainframe based systems, Client server systems (.Net and J2EE), Security, Cloud etc Desirable Skills: High technical aptitude Team player Excellent communication skills
