Senior Creative Direction Manager

to lead and deliver impactful creative initiatives, guiding work from concept to execution, supporting our photo and video brand libraries. As part of T-Studios, you'll collaborate with designers, copywriters, editors, studio managers, and business leaders to develop integrated creative strategies that propel our brand forward. Responsibilities include planning and executing brand photo/video shoots, presenting ideas to leadership, and mentoring teams. This role requires vision, trust-building, attention to detail, humility, and a drive for smart, fast work aligned with T-Mobile's brand. Key Responsibilities : Lead creative development for campaign photo and video content from concept through production and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into creative strategies for brand shoots and asset creation. Build and present pitch decks that effectively communicate stories and sell-through. Direct creative execution across various formats for print, retail, and social media. Provide mentorship and feedback across projects and teams. Maintain brand consistency and innovate how we showcase our brand. Guide creative teams through development phases, providing direction and inspiration. Enhance speed, clarity, and cohesion across workstreams. Stay updated on creative trends, storytelling best practices, and new tools including AI and automation. Regular travel is required for this role. What You'll Bring : 6-10 years of creative leadership experience in agency, in-house, or hybrid settings. A portfolio demonstrating concept development, storytelling, and high-quality execution across media. Strong understanding of brand and marketing strategy, and how creative impacts business outcomes. Proven leadership and collaboration skills. Deep experience in photo/video shoot planning for digital, social, OOH, print, and internal use. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience mentoring creative teams with empathy and clarity. Curiosity in AI, automation, and evolving creative workflows. Experience managing fast-paced brand shoots, working with talent, producers, wardrobe, and props. Photographic retouching and color processing skills are a plus. $86,900 - $156,700; with a 15% corporate bonus target. Actual pay depends on location, experience, and qualifications.
