Overview The
Digital Marketing Campaign Manager
will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on omnichannel advertising campaigns, leveraging proven conversion-focused and brand-building strategies. This role combines strategic and tactical responsibilities, requiring expertise in aligning brand marketing goals with tactical media actions to achieve client objectives. Managing both managed service and self-service campaigns across diverse platforms, the position involves close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue recognition. Type: Contract, Hybrid Schedule: Regular business hours M-F Duration: 5+ months Pay: $48 - $52/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations across paid search, programmatic display, publisher media, network buys, and/or social media platforms. Strong knowledge of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, New Buyer) and ability to apply media math for optimizations. Client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to identify risks and communicate solutions. Strong problem-solving, curiosity, and ability to adapt to new ad platforms and tactics. Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple competing priorities. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Understanding of both traditional and interactive media planning elements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), PowerPoint (visual storytelling), Word, and Outlook. Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, Power BI. Preferred: 3+ years managing campaigns across display, video, social, search, and experiential channels; advanced expertise in programmatic advertising (DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges); proven ability to develop strategies that drive advertiser investment in retail media. Strategically plan and execute managed and self-service campaigns as a consultative media expert. Provide subject matter expertise on media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation. Participate in client and agency calls, offering guidance on media tactics, campaign stewardship, and ad serving platforms. Manage campaigns across multiple media types, including paid search, programmatic display (onsite/offsite), digital sponsorships, CTV, social media (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), digital OOH, and in-store experiential tactics. Align campaigns with the purchase funnel to support awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives. Collaborate with Sales & Account Management to develop strategic, data-driven proposals. Drive campaign performance through optimizations, insights sharing, and test-and-learn initiatives. Identify incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign results and seasonal programming. Partner with Media Insights to measure and generate actionable insights from campaigns. Ensure compliance with best practices, SLAs, and QA processes for seamless campaign launches. Maintain strong internal and external relationships through proactive client service. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to traffic campaigns across various ad technologies (onsite, offsite, paid social, search, in-store). Seniority level
