Leasing Ambassador , you become part of a passionate team dedicated to fostering belonging in our communities. This role is also a stepping stone for career progression into leadership roles. Note: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Primary Responsibilities Elevate the customer service experience for residents and prospects in line with our standards. Engage with prospects at every stage to generate new leases and renewals. Support resident satisfaction and retention with empathy, professionalism, and teamwork. Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions. Manage sales leads via phone, email, and chat to convert inquiries into tours. Be an expert on community benefits and differentiators. Uphold company values and standards. Own your professional development and growth. Accurately document customer activity in the CRM system (Yardi). Ideal Candidate Profile Passionate about people and community. Possesses a college degree or relevant experience. Flexible schedule, including weekends. Strong communication and marketing skills, including social media. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Yardi. Committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Resilient, results-oriented, and team-focused. Compensation and Benefits The hourly rate ranges from $17.42 to $27.37, depending on experience. Additional benefits include bonuses, 401(k) matching, health/dental/life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off and holidays, pet insurance, and a 30% rent discount at our communities.
