FreedomPay is a fast paced, high growth company with a great culture with competitive benefits and compensation with a business casual atmosphere.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit new partners to expand Freedompay's market reach.Build relationships with prospective and existing partners.Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with business goals.Track performance and provide regular reports on partner sales and deal flow.Assist with soliciting new sales opportunities and activities with Partners.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Provide training and support to partners to drive mutual success.Requirements3 - 8 years of experience in software sales, specifically in the payments and FinTech world.Knowledge of ISV Partner Ecosystem and PaymentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, English is essential whilst other language skills are beneficialProven experience in partner acquisition or business development with revenue targets.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to take direction, work independently and manage multiple priorities.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities.Ability to accommodate multiple time zones up to 25%Ability to travel as neededAs the fastest growing commerce company in the industry, we offer the opportunity for tremendous upward mobility within the company as well as development and professional growth opportunities.
