role is part of our Digital Marketing team at TELUS Digital. This position requires an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity 2-3 days weekly. The role can be located in
Boston, MA, Charlottesville, VA, Columbus, OH, or Durham, NC. The Opportunity
As a
Growth Marketing Manager (Adobe) , you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Experience Platform applications (AEP, CDP, AJO, CJA) to lead complex business/technical integrations and influence our clients’ products through data-driven decisions. You’ll ensure successful adoption and utilization of Adobe technologies in digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution projects across client apps and tools in the MarTech landscape with tools like Braze, Marketo, Segment, mParticle, Branch, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Punchh. Implement and utilize Adobe Experience Platform (AEP, CDP, AJO, CJA). Drive client success by defining engagement scopes and maintaining stakeholder communication. Coach project teams and mentor the Growth team on Adobe Experience Platform applications. Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals and recommend optimal marketing tech stacks, focusing on Adobe tools. Train clients on their marketing technology stack and advise on best practices. Manage ongoing marketing services, including campaigns, analytics, and ROI reporting. Provide feedback on creative assets and content. Handle customer inquiries related to Adobe Experience Platform applications. Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies leveraging Adobe Experience Platform. Collaborate with vendors to create customized marketing solutions, emphasizing Adobe technologies. Analyze marketing performance and optimize customer experience using Adobe insights. Travel to client sites as needed. Qualifications
3+ years in a client-facing marketing strategy role, with extensive experience in Adobe Experience Platform applications. Proven success in deploying campaigns via customer engagement platforms. Experience leading multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders, especially involving Adobe Experience Platform. Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and mentoring. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for emails and landing pages. Experience with integrated digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Experience Platform. Deep knowledge of data-driven marketing practices: segmentation, personalization, retargeting, etc., especially with Adobe tools. Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
