What You'll Do

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical systems, conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, PLCs, and control systems

Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections

Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Technician, or similar role

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Familiarity with safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures

Welding, fabrication, or HVAC experience is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.

This is an ESOP company since 2016 (this means it's employee owned). Employees will receive stock in the company after 1 year. They will also receive OT up to 10 hours a week on the regular. Quarterly cash incentive bonuses.
