HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated care team in a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Coos Bay, Oregon .

Assignment Details:

* Location: Coos Bay, OR

* Start Date: ASAP

* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

* Duration: 13 weeks

* Hours: 40 hours/week | 5x8s

* Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Responsibilities:

* Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create patient-centered treatment plans

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

* Deliver care that aligns with professional standards and ethical guidelines

Requirements:

* Active OR SLP License (or ability to obtain prior to start)

* ASHA CCC-SLP required

* One year of SNF experience preferred

* Current BLS certification (AHA)
